By accessing or using the services of PunkMe AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to create, upload, or distribute any content that is illegal, infringing, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. You must not interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your access.

Content & Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain all ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to use and process your content solely to provide the service to you (e.g., generating requested effects). This license terminates automatically when the associated content is deleted as per our systems.
• Our Rights: The PunkMe AI application, including all related software, algorithms, designs, features, and trademarks, is the proprietary property of PunkMe AI or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

Subscriptions, Fees & Billing

• Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Fees will be charged to your designated app store account unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
• Management: You must manage your subscription (including cancellation) through your device's app store account settings. We cannot process refunds or manage billing transactions directly.
• Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of the app store platform used for purchase.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. You use the service at your own risk.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

• We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified, and your continued use signifies acceptance.
